All week long I see post on social media asking; “How do I get visitors to my store or websites?” “I started my new business; how do I get sales?”
I chuckle at these posts and ask myself, ” Whi is this person even starting a business, since they obviously know nothing about customer attrition and procurement. Marketing, or prospecting. And even if they are familiar with it, they don’t know how to apply it.
So, do this, no matter what business you own, online or off. No matter what you are selling.
First, make 45 – 1 minute video shorts about your product or service. M ke sure it highlights what, how, why and the problem it solves. Remember, Entreprenurialship is only about providing a solution… You must solve a problem, that is your viewer’s pain.
Second, offer a downloadable eBook, revealing more about your products / services… This eBook and video should also both provide bold call to actions, banners, links or simple contact information to your stores, offices, websites, splash page, funnel, lemonade stand, booth or whatever.
These 2 simple things alone, drive visitors, possible customers and those who were not even looking, to your properties. Both online and off!
So, now you have potential client’s, customers, shoppers in your store, on your websites, in your offices! Do you even have anything they want to buy? Why should they buy it from you? Are you priced to sell, or priced to close and go get a job?
Are you going to sell to them, or not? Do your work and make sure that YOU, are right for the business you are hoping to grow!
